Anchor Cottage is a beautiful and stylish two bedroom cottage in the centre of Holt.
Boasting a sunny private courtyard, generous cosy lounge with electric woodburner, open plan kitchen/dining room and handy utility area.
Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms, the master with kingsize bed, and a twin room. The family bathroom has a corner bath and large walk in shower, there is also an additional downstairs WC.
The cottage is light, bright and deceptively spacious with very chic stylish decor.
You enter the cottage through the private courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining, festooned with beautiful lights for summer evening drinkies.
The French doors lead you into the kitchen, which is well stocked and has a dining table seating four. Everything you need to cook meals is here; oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, and the essential dishwasher.
Leading off the kitchen is a downstairs WC and utility area with washing machine.
Through the kitchen you will find the comfortable lounge with sofas, large TV and electric fire. Free WIFI is available throughout the property.
Upstairs are the generous bedrooms and the large family bathroom, with both bath and shower, basin and WC.
Shared parking is available in the gravel yard, but can be busy during summer and at weekends. Parking is available in the nearby NNDC car park (less than 1 minute walk from the cottage)
