The property boasts an enclosed garden with grassy area, sunny front patio with seating, a lounge and separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom.  

Upstairs are three bedrooms; a generous king, double and single room.

The space is light, bright and uncluttered, set in a quiet residential street only a short walk away from both the beach and the town centre.

The comprehensive welcome book contains lots of local information including great places to eat (including our dog friendly favourites), local walks with maps and places to go.  We have also contained details about the history of the property.

Please be aware that the original staircase in the property is steep, and may not be suitable for older guests or those with mobility issues.  We do not provide a stair gate.
